I led the redesign of an older Bootstrap project, developing a design system that made it possible for any developer to deliver customer requests quickly without compromising on access or understandability – responsive by default.
Prototypes were developed to test these principles and get backing. Our users were not seasoned webmasters and the company was skeptical users would take. Metaphor, consistent controls, and the safety to make mistakes invited everybody to play without fear, without alienating the experienced.
